Nice, not Naughty Beautiful Brownies

healthy brownies
who knew brownies could be good for you? 😉

These healthy brownies are all about gratifying my cravings! They are delicious with nutritious ingredients like flaxseeds, raw cocoa powder and honey. They are great for everyone as they’re dairy-free, egg-free, soya-free, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free; there’s nothing in these beauts that is bad for you! They are truly nice for your bod, not naughty at all!

Somehow these brownies still taste indulgent and rich as all brownies should. I cut out refined-sugar two weeks ago and my bod is loving it, especially when I get to enjoy a treat like these. I’m pretty chuffed with them; they are a healthier version of the good ol’ BOOM brownies,

    • the gloopy flax-egg
  • Once it’s all combined put into a lined cake tin (I use a metal pan as my cake tins are either too small or too big for this amount of mix!)
  • Pop into the oven for 20 minutes (regardless of if the oven has made its way down to 160°C)
  • When it comes out of the oven you need to leave it too cool for a bit – as hard as it is to resist the incredible eat-me fragrance!
  • When it’s cooled enough to hold together dish up and enjoy this very nice not naughty treat.
