This is a deliciously naughty tasting treat which is, in actual fact, ram-packed full of gorgeous for you ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 6-8 dates
- 400 ml coconut m!lk (like koko) or other m!lk alternative
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbs bee pollen
- 1 Tbs maca powder
- 2 Tbs raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbs raw peanut b*tter
- handful of ice
Method:
Because I use dried dates, I pop them in a jar with the coconut m!lk and leave them in the fridge to soak and soften the morning or the night before (depending on when I want my scrummy vegan snicker m!lkshake).
Into your liquidiser bung all the ingredients and blizt for a couple of minutes until it is a smooth m!lkshake consistency.
Pour into a glass and enjoy this deliciously indulgent, great for you vegan snickers m!lkshake.
Notes:
If you are unable to use peanut in your home, substitute with a tree-nut b*tter like almond b*tter, or tahini.
