only carrots & ginger-root juice

This is carrot and ginger juice - pure and simple; nothing added.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large organic carrots (or lots of little ones)
  • 4 cm³ ginger root* 

Method:

  1. Clean, top and tail the carrots. Clean or skin the ginger root. 

  2. Juice the ginger with the carrots - make sure it all goes through a strainer as the carrots can make the juice grainy. 

  3. Clean your juicer immediately. Then sit back and enjoy your superbly vibrant, tasty carrot and ginger juice. 

Notes:

This much ginger root makes the juice super zingy and will perk you up! If you are less keen on fiery ginger heat then reduce the amount you juice.
