This is the only way I can start the day, every day. It's the first drink I have every morning, come rain or shine. The lemon wakes my digestive system up, alkalises my body, gives me a fresh zing to start the day. Really simple, really easy - you just need to ensure you have a steady and constant supply of lemons! 

Ingredients:

  • boiled water
  • 1 lemon

Method:

  1. Pop your kettle on, squeeze half a lemon into your favourite morning tea cup, then add the hot water once the kettles boiled. Job done!
